LiteAPI is part of the technical infrastructure and may be used in particular for hotel-related search, availability, pricing, prebook, booking or booking-related data transfers.
3. Offer Display and Search Results
Search results, offer displays, prices, availability, descriptions, images, cancellation information and other service-related details are based on the data available from the relevant partner, affiliate partner or technical data provider.

4. Conclusion of Contract
A contract for a travel service is generally only concluded when the respective provider, partner or affiliate partner accepts or confirms the relevant booking, reservation or order in accordance with its own terms.

5. Prices, Availability and Changes

6. Payments

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Ltd. is not automatically the recipient of the payment for the actual travel service and is not automatically the merchant of record for the relevant booking, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Partner Terms and Provider Rules
The terms and conditions of the respective provider, partner or affiliate partner also apply to each travel service.
This includes, in particular:

- rate conditions
- price and payment conditions
- cancellation conditions
- refund rules
- rebooking options
- check-in and check-out conditions
- baggage, usage or admission rules
- and any other service-related requirements
In the event of a conflict between these Booking Terms and the specific terms of the respective provider, the terms of the respective provider shall apply to the specific travel service, insofar as this is legally permissible.
8. Booking Management and Verification
For certain processes, it may be necessary for you to verify an existing booking, for example by entering your booking number, email address and a one-time verification code.
This verification is used solely for the secure assignment of a process and to protect against unauthorised access.
You are responsible for keeping booking-related access details and verification codes confidential and for not disclosing them to unauthorised third parties.
9. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Ltd. does not guarantee that every booking can be successfully completed or that partner-side data will always be complete, up to date or error-free.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
